History

The Caring Circle Africa Foundation (CCAF), founded by James Ndifreke Jacob is registered in Nigeria as the Caring Circle Helping Hands Initiative. It emerged from a divinely inspired vision to create a central platform connecting those in need, those eager to offer support, and those serving their communities as agents. Guided by the belief that every individual deserves to be heard and helped, James articulated this vision in 2020. Demonstrating unwavering commitment, he navigated challenges and, in 2024, took a decisive step to redefine priorities, successfully launching the Caring Circle Africa Foundation. Our core mission is to provide fast welfare assistance, ensuring support reaches individuals across the African continent.​

Our foundation operates through a strategic two-tiered structure designed to effectively connect those seeking assistance with the necessary resources while simultaneously empowering individuals or entities to serve their communities and earn steady income. These are:

• Member: This segment comprises individuals in need of various forms of assistance. To access our assistance, prospective members complete a registration process on our website by clicking Become a Member and pay a one-time membership fee of ₦2,000. Upon confirmation, each member receives a member's unique code (MUC). This code enables them to explore our range of available programs and initiate a request for assistance by simply clicking Ask For Assistance and submitting the required information.

• Agent: This crucial component of our foundation offers a unique opportunity for individuals throughout Africa to actively serve their communities while establishing a sustainable, lifelong income. Our ambitious vision is to build a network of 41 million agents across Africa, striving for a dedicated agent in every village. These agents act as our trusted local representatives, playing a vital role in reaching out to members within their vicinity and facilitating the delivery of assistance to approved and assigned members.
