Leadership & Governance 

The Board of Trustees holds the ultimate responsibility for the management of the Foundation's affairs, providing strategic oversight and ensuring the foundation upholds its mission and values.

Organizationally, the Board of Trustees is structured around the following four Committees:

• Programs Implementation

• Partnerships, Monitoring, and Evaluation

• Marketing and Communications

• Data and Technologies

Working with the management team, these Committees provide strategic focus in relation to:

• Strategic direction for the Foundation, including the programs' reach to affected members across Africa.

• Expanding relationships with Partners and supporters.

• Further expansion to reach more Agents across Africa.
